Sorry to have missed class yesterday. I have been playing around with Mindmeister this morning and am excited about this organizational tool. Can someone tell me how you link a video into your Blog? I have found the video feed in but that is only attaching the U Tube videos and I wanted to attach some of the ICT stuff the kids have been doing at school to share.

Embedding a video on your blog can most easily be done by uploading and publishing it to an online video service and then using the embed code from the online service.
ReplyDeleteThis is easy enough to but you should consider a few things.
If images of other people are included it is generally good practice to get the permission of all the people who are identifiable in the video (or the permission of their guardians in the case of underage children.)
It would likely be okay to simply display student work as long as no identifying information is included.

ReplyDeleteHi there, this is looking good! I see you have the link for the Dr. Sarah Kajder PD session, I was at that one too! An ambitious lady. The session wasn't exactly what I thought it would be, but was great just the same!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I felt the same way about Dr. Kajder. By the afternoon I was on complete overload. She had lots of great sites to share but it was alot in a short amount of time. I have actually just finished having my grade 3/4 students do some Fairy Tale Book Trailers that turned out really great. I loved the idea after seeing it in Dr. Kajde's session.
